Duties & Taxes

Do I have to pay duties & taxes on my order?

Our parcels are sent from our Hong Kong warehouse. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting. Grana is not responsible for any customs and import duty charges.

    • For optimum fit, we recommend that you size up in this particular wash and style
    • Double black weave and made from ring-spun yarn to ensure a much softer, stronger denim.
    • Machine wash cold with like colours, inside-out

Japanese Denim

Denim was born in France and popularised in America, but it's in Japan where today's best denim is painstakingly perfected. The fabric was first made in the town of Nimes, and as word of it spread abroad, it quickly became known as denim in English. Ours is woven in a mill that has been making denim since 1893. It’s ring-spun and rope-dyed using traditional methods, and as a result they are more durable yet softer than usual jeans. This method creates special surface characteristics, such as an uneven slub, which means each unique pair will age beautifully.

Great basic cut & just enough stretch

December 8, 2016

I have these in two colors now and I am very happy - love that they come in long, the rise is just high enough to be comfy and secure and the denim has just enough stretch to accommodate the skinny style but keep a nice true denim feel.
