We caught up with Instagrammer @elizaellen, Liz Colburn to explore our latest hue Vineyard Green and see how she stumbled upon it in her everyday. With nearly 80K in followers Liz has the unique ability of creating eye catching images in her day to day life.
How did you find vineyard green for this story?
As soon as I set eyes on the Vineyard Green Grana pieces, pops of green kept catching my eyes everywhere! I became much more aware of how much green I have in my apartment and around my neighborhood.
How would you describe your personal style?
I would probably best describe my style as “Classic, Casual, Trendy.” I love embracing new trends, but keeping touches of classic pieces like stripes and a classic “white tee” and pairing with some ripped jeans and a chunky heel. I love spicing up staple items with fun accessories as well.
Where do you find inspiration for your photos?
Everywhere! I feel like my creative eye never sleeps, so when I am just walking or driving down the road, something will catch my eye and I think “This would make a perfect photo!”
What’s your favourite time of day and why?
My favourite time of day is about 1-2 hours before sunset. I love this time, living in Florida, because the sky begins to turn orange and pink, the temperature cools off a little, and that time frame is also the most ideal for photos. Not to mention, this is dinner time! 😉
What do you ask yourself before deciding to post something?
Does this fit my theme?
What do you do when you’re not working?
TV, working out, walking my dog and more TV.
What do you think green tastes like?
I think green tastes nutritious. I think of kale and spinach and a deliciously nutritious green juice.
What’s your favourite piece in your wardrobe right now?
My Favorite piece in my wardrobe right now are my dark wash [very] ripped jeans. I can dress them up or let them be casual.
Where’s the greenest place you’ve ever been?
The greenest place I have ever been is Scotland! SO MANY GREEN HILLS! It is absolutely breathtaking.
