We’ve always been big believers in the idea that everyone has room to improve. Chasing exceptional quality is the name of the game and we’re playing to win! We will always seize an opportunity to make the world a better place, so, we’re making some changes that we hope you’ll agree are better for you, better for us, and better for the environment.
Good Things, Small Packages
We’ve given our Grana box and packaging an enviro-friendly makeover. Our Senior Graphic Designer, Fumi Kamigama worked diligently to perfect the design, and then partnered with a knowledgeable supplier to ensure that the fabrication is environmentally sound. The corrugated paper board box is made from 90% recycled content and is itself 100% recyclable. Our new mailer bag is constructed from Code-4 plastic, composed of 30% post-consumer content, and again, is completely recyclable.
You’ll also notice that after your first order, all Grana goodies will arrive without the box but don’t worry, this is completely intentional. It’s just another way that we’re doing our bit to create a little less waste.
A Common Thread
Holy kale, we’re going organic! We’ve introduced our very first range of tees produced using Organic Cotton. Soon you will be able to shop new colours in the crew neck style for both men and women.
FYI, our supplier shuns GMO seeds and synthetic chemicals. The result? Guilt-free tees that look and feel great. Watch this space for even more colours and styles coming’ atcha!
Reduce, Reuse, Recycle
We’ve made our first foray into outerwear with the Recycled Polyester Bomber and premium sweatshirt These winter faves are made up of 100% post-consumer plastic; meaning old bottles, bags and bits n’ pieces have been re-spun to make virgin quality polyester. The whole operation creates very little waste and is another win in the waste prevention war.
A New Standard
Lastly, we’ve taken a long hard look at our shipping options and concluded that we could do better. We are now offering the choice of standard and express shipping to most markets. Why, you ask? Well, we want you to be able to choose how your order arrives and consider your carbon footprint along the way.
We’re going to keep looking at ways that we can do better, and we’ll always share these changes with you. Better for you, better for us, better together.
