  • How do I apply for a return?

    Login to your account or click the button above to get the ball rolling. Once in your account, select the order and then the item(s) you’d like to return.

  • How do I get it to you?

    No need, we’ll come to you. Once you apply for the return, we’ll send a delivery team out to collect the item and provide you with the paperwork you need to pass on.

  • How long does it take to process a return?

    They take around 7 business days to be processed our end, and credit card refunds take up to 5 business days to appear on your statement.

  • Can I exchange?

    Should you wish to exchange an item, you can receive a full refund when opting for store credit. Just let our Cheetahs know and they will waive the return fee once your return has been approved in the warehouse.

  • Can I return underwear or swimwear?

    Yes, but please note that we will only accept items that are unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with the original packing materials due to hygiene reasons.

  • Can I return sale items?

    All sale products are not able to be returned or exchanged.

  • How long do I have to make a return?

    30 days from the date of purchase. We ask you make sure the items have not been worn, washed, or damaged, and that you send the item(s) back in their original packaging and box.

  • Is there a return fee?

    Yes. The return fee is deducted from your refund. Below is the relevant fees for each counrty:

  • Why do I have to pay for return?

    While some companies build in return fees into their prices, we charge only when you return so that we can keep our prices as low as possible. This way, you’re not paying for peoples' returns or shipping.
