We went straight to Northern France for the highest quality linen. The damp coastal climate, nutrient rich soil and experienced growers make Normandy a world leader in linen.
Our flax plants are sown, pulled and retted in Normandy, France. Next up, a process called scutching happens whereby the flax fibres are prepared for spinning. After this, the linen is ready to be woven and knitted into sheets, before being transformed into the Grana pieces you know and love.
